• Client portal: if you're a client, your sign-in email, the profile and style preferences you enter, fabrics you favorite, designs you save, and messages exchanged with us.
• Appointments and orders: measurements, fit notes and order details you give us in person or by video, so your garments are made correctly.

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell-your-data analytics. The client portal uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in.

How We Use It

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule appointments.
• To design, order, fit and deliver your clothing.
• To keep your preferences on file so future orders are easier.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and portal host, email provider, payment processor (Square, for gift cards and payments), and the workrooms that make your garments. They receive only what they need to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep client records, including measurements, for as long as you're a client so we can make future garments, and inquiry records for as long as they're useful for following up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just send us a note through our contact form and we'll take care of it.

Security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, sign-in protection on the client portal, and limit access to your information to Arron's staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
