Consultation & Measurements
We talk through how you dress, where you'll wear it and what you need. You'll see and feel fabrics, choose styles and details, and we take your measurements along with notes on your posture: shoulder slope, stance and how you carry your arms. Plan on 60 to 90 minutes.

The Test Fit
For new clients we often make a test garment first. It shows us exactly how the pattern sits on you, so we can adjust it before your final order is made.

Your Garment Is Made
Fabric, style and every detail are confirmed, and each piece is cut to your own pattern. Custom shirts arrive in three to four weeks. We'll give you a date for everything else at your appointment.

Fitting & Delivery
We check the fit with you in person and adjust anything needed so it's right. Small tweaks are handled by our tailor.

Reorders Get Easier
Your measurements and preferences are saved, so reordering a favorite in a new fabric, or trying something new, gets easier every time. Clients can also browse fabrics and save favorites in their own Arron's client portal.
How to Prepare for Your First Appointment
- Wear or bring the shoes you plan to wear with the garment.
- Wear a dress shirt if we're fitting a jacket.
- Bring a favorite garment that fits the way you like, or one that doesn't, and tell us why.
- Save a few inspiration photos: colors, styles and looks you like, even from social media.
- Know your event dates (weddings, travel, a new job) so we can plan the timeline.
At Your Convenience
Visit our showroom in Midtown Tallahassee by appointment, or we'll bring our fabric swatches, customization books and measuring tools to your home or office. We cover Florida from Pensacola to Fort Lauderdale and as far as Atlanta, and offer virtual consultations by inquiry for everyone else.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
Custom shirts arrive in three to four weeks. Suits and jackets take longer, and new clients may have a test fit first, so we'll give you a delivery date at your appointment. For weddings and events, start three to four months ahead; wedding orders need at least 8 weeks.
How much does custom clothing cost?
Price is set mostly by the fabric you choose. Construction, fit and personalization are included at every level, and we'll show you options across a range of fabrics at your appointment. Ordering several pieces at once, or outfitting a wedding party, comes with package savings.
What if something doesn't fit perfectly?
We fit every garment on you at delivery and make any adjustments needed. Your pattern is updated, so future orders fit even better.
Can I reorder something I've bought before?
Yes. Your measurements and past orders are saved, so reordering a favorite in a new fabric is quick.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We come to your home or office, or you can visit our Tallahassee showroom. Arron covers Tallahassee, Pensacola, Panama City, Gainesville and as far as Atlanta. Patrick is based in Orlando and makes monthly trips to Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida (Bradenton to Fort Myers), Southeast Florida (Melbourne to Fort Lauderdale) and Jacksonville. See where we serve.
